1. Lathe introduction:
The lathe machine is a two coordinates continuous controlled cnc vertical lathe (semi-loop control),with good rigidity, it is suitable for machining round arc, flatness,conical surface,complicate surface discs, set parts etc. The lathe machine has good features of high accuracy, high rigid, high efficiency.
2.The main structure of lathe machine
2.1 Lathe body
The lathe body adopts excellent castings, complete casting, good lay out. Good rigid and performance of anti-shaving, so the lathe machine has good stability.
2.2 Spindle rotary speed
The spindle rotary has max.speed of 800 r/min(with 500 chuck allowed rotary speed), this lathe spindle rotary speed scope is 50 to 800 r/min.
2.3 Knife tool
The knife tool is 6 position turret electric turrets,automatically turning.
2.4 Slip and lubrication
The knife tool slip X,Z axis are all adopted linear guide rail, ball screw transmission with high accuracy, stable and smart movement. Lubrication system adopts concentrate lubrication station,lubricate timely and quantitatively.
2.5 Hydraulic chuck
Hydraulic chuck connects to spindle by chuck base with good rigidity and convenient of removing and maintains,which could be changed to manual four jaw chuck.
2.6 Hydraulic system and spindle lubrication
The lathe hydraulic system original parts are adopted Taiwan Zhaotian products, system is layed outside of the lathe, convenient of installation and adjustment with reliable performance. Spindle lubrication is supplied oil by hydraulic station, forced lubrication.
